Check-out = by 11 a.m.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel

It is forbidden to organise parties/events
TARIFFS
Rates are inclusive of VAT
A cleaning service fee of € 20.00 will be charged for each booking ("additional costs per booking")
Children up to 8 years stay free of charge
Rates include a breakfast made with single-serving, packaged products as a matter of hygiene and food safety. We offer products such as normal and wholemeal rusks, croissants, biscuits, jams, spreads, coffee pods and a selection of teas and infusions. On arrival you will also find bottles of water.
SOJOURN TAX
Tourist tax is not included in the daily rate and must be paid on arrival.
You will have to pay 4.20 euros per person per night.
This rate is applicable up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights.
Children under the age of 14 are exempt from payment.
PAYMENTS
A 30% deposit must be paid at the time of booking.
The balance payment can be made during check-in by pos, credit card (Visa - V PAY - Mastercard - Maestro - American Express - Google Pay - Apple Pay) or cash.
CANCELLATION TERMS
Any request for modification or cancellation of your reservation must be received in writing by e-mail at [email protected] or by text/telephone on (+39) 351 8107646.
You may cancel your reservation up to 7 days before the arrival date without incurring any charge. Otherwise, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
